What Is A Standby Order?
Standby orders are ordering that incomplete the payment process.
The Triplemars system recognizes those cases, the system puts them on hold status, once the payment is confirmed the status changes into processing automatically.
If the payment has been received and you want to send the product to the customer, please use the 'Force Purchase' on the arrow menu and send it manually processing.
Please make sure the payment has been confirmed before proceeding.

Refunds are issued to Triplemars balance only. Once the refund was confirmed on this site. you can refund the customer through eBay by accepting the cancellation request or pressing on Cancel order in eBay's Order menu.
