Order Issues and Delays

Order is Delayed and looks Lost
There are many delays in updating tracking information on Amazon and to your Triplemars Account therefore sometimes your order has arrived but seems lost and we are unable to process any requests until we understand if your order has been received or not.
We will be able to take action only after 3 days or 72 business hours after the estimated delivery date of Amazon.
We appreciate your patience and are here to assist you.

Delivery Attempted but Not Received
Your order has been shipped however the delivery has not been fulfilled. Please make sure that you have the correct delivery phone number on your order to ensure fulfillment.

If the phone number is correct, please wait 3 business days for the delivery to occur.

Your customer will be contacted by the shipping carrier and the delivery carrier will try 3 attempts before they return the item. 
If the phone number is not valid please contact our customer service team in the chat of your Triplemars account.

Order Delivered Not Received
If the order has not been received but was delivered by a valid eBay shipping carrier (USPS/UPS/CEVA/FedEx)
it is nonrefundable unless the tracking information clearly shows a different delivered address

For items sent by Amazon, please check first if there is proof of delivery. 
If no such proof is provided, please contact our support team.
