How to cancel my subscription?

CANCELLING A PAID SUBSCRIPTION

1. Sign it to your Triplemars account.

2. Click Settings, then Profile, Subscription .

 

3. Under MY SUBSCRIPTION section, press Cancel my Subscription.

4. Confirm your request by clicking Continue and filling out the short questionnaire.

If you’re not sure if your request was registered or you have other questions regarding the process, feel free to contact the support team through the live chat.

 

DELETING OR TERMINATING YOUR ACCOUNT

If you have a free account, you can terminate your account by following the same process but clicking Close account instead.
