Why can't I subscribe/upgrade subscription?

Why can't I subscribe/upgrade subscription?

You may find yourself in a situation where you want to subscribe or upgrade your plan and the system returns an error message.

This can happen for 2 reasons:

1. There is not enough money in the payment balance.

Solution:
The PayPal account you connect in the onboarding process is the account Tripleamrs will attempt to charge for plan payment. You can see it connected in

  1. Settings 
  2. Connection Management
  3. Connect 
  4. Connected Third Parties

or Settings - Profile Settings - Subscriptions

If an error is received when trying to update a program, log in to the PayPal account connected to the monitor, and make sure there is enough money to charge the price of the package.

2. Disconnected access to the PayPal account

When you connect a PayPal account to the monitor, you create a billing agreement that allows us to charge the monthly payment automatically. If that connection is revoked, Triplemars no longer has access to collect the payment and therefore the charge and update will fail.

Please see the image below as an example of how PayPal should look if properly connected.

To fix this issue, the PayPal account must be reconnected to the system.
