Viewing chat history

There are two main ways to view previous chat history in Triplemars: scrolling back and through the chat widget history or checking your tickets in Help Center - My Area.

1. Scrolling back

• Open the chat widget in the button right corner. 
• You will see a Conversations tab or a back button to load additional messages.
• Scroll up and down to see all previous conversations.

Note: This history is saved in your browser cookies so anytime you change browser, PC or clear your computer history, so will your chat.  

2. The tickets history in My Area

• Go to My Area on the Knowledge Base main page.
• Sign up with your Triplemars credentials. If you’ve already signed up once, simply login.
• You will see all your tickets (previous conversations) and their statuses. 
• Inside a ticket, you have the option to reply, reopen the conversation or add a comment.
