If an order failed to order, you will be able to see the reason on the Orders Page, by hovering your mouse over the status.
Below you will find a list of reasons why orders fail and how to fix them.
1. No valid source account connected
The fulfillment service Add is not active on your account, therefore you are not connected to a purchase account.
How to fix it?2. Not enough balance to trigger Auto Purchase
Your balance has run out.
The system needs balance to trigger Auto Purchase.
How to fix it?
Click on Balance, load your Triplemars Balance (add $ to your Balance)
Then go back to your order and retry the order.
3. Maximum purchase limit reached
The item price is greater than your set value in the auto-order configuration.
Simply increase your maximum purchase value.
How to fix it?4. An error has occurred. Please try again or contact Triplemars Support.
How to fix it?
Simply retry the order and it should work.

5. Negative profit limit
The source price has increased since the system’s last check.
When you set up Auto Ordering you have saved a negative profit limit for these cases.
How to fix it?
If you agree to process it at a loss, go to:
1. Settings
2. System Preferences
3. Orders
4. Increase the negative profit limit and retry the order
You can also use ‘Force purchase’ which will process the order up to 20% above your max price.Another option is to search for a similar item and use the ‘Try again with new Asin’ feature or even search for a different supplier and place the order manually using our BIFM plugin.
6. Out of stock
The stock has run out since the system's last scan.
How to fix it?
There are several features at your disposal to deal with this issue.
Search for a similar item/variation/supplier and either use “Try again with new ASIN’ or order the item manually using the BIFM plugin.
7. Shipping takes too long
The item has an estimated delivery time higher than the recommended shipping policy.
In this case, your product will arrive later to the customer.
How to fix it?
Verify with your customer if he agrees to wait and use Force purchase to process the order despite the extended delivery time.
8. Item can’t be shipped to the selected address
The item can not be shipped to the buyer’s address.
It can happen to the United States shipping restrictions or lack of availability in the nearest fulfillment center.
How to fix it?
When an order fails due to this reason, it is usually a dead end.
The supplier will simply not accept the address and most often than not, you will need to cancel it due to address the issue.
9. Invalid address
There is something wrong with the saved buyer address.
How to fix it?
Open the order details and check the address for any errors in zip-code, phone number, or special characters.
Edit and save the address and then retry the order.
10. Requested page for this product doesn’t exist
The offer page of the supplier has since ended or the product is not supported by Triplemars system.
This can happen for items in the Pantry or Handmade category.
How to fix it?
Search for a different ASIN or supplier and retry the order.
If you still have issues, contact the support team through chat.
11. Your product quantity is not available
This can happen for 2 reasons.
One is the seller doesn’t have stock to cover your purchase needs and the second is the item has a purchase limit.
Triplemars doesn’t have any purchase limit but suppliers often have one in place either per qty or per order.
How to fix it?
Try to split the sold quantities into more orders and process them manually using the BIFM plugin.

12. Age verification is required
Local/state laws or statutes may require you to verify your age to purchase certain age-restricted products.
Triplemars does not cover the purchase of these items and we will not be able to fulfill the order for you.
How to fix it?
We recommend removing the item.
If you choose to keep it, all purchases will need to be manually purchased by you.
13. Free shipping not available
The item has limited free shipping available.
How to fix it?
We recommend removing the item from the store.
To process it, you’ll need to retry the order multiple times.
