If a customer would like to Return a product, we recommend always to ask the customer to open a return request on eBay.
After the request has been opened:
The label will be provided in a PDF format by e-mail.

The label provided is a prepaid UPS label, include the return address as well as the tracking number.
Once saved, upload on eBay’s return request and approve.
Once the product has been returned by the buyer, the system will automatically refund your Paypal account.
You can easily keep track your returns by filtering them in Orders page.

If your buyer requests order cancellation, copy the username, search the order in Triplemars and press on ‘Cancel Order’.
Guidance below:
The order will change status to ‘Cancelling’ and within minutes will change into ‘Cancelled’ and be automatically refunded.
If the status moved back to ‘Ordered’ the item is already advanced into shipping stages and can no longer be cancelled.

How to keep track of my refunds?
You can verify if an order was refunded by generating a balance report on Reports section.
Make sure to select the correct time, search the file with CTRL+F.
We recommend checking your balance report regularly for new refunds.
Please don’t accept or refund the buyer on eBay until the refund is confirmed on Triplemars.
