• What are the prices for Non-API subscriptions?

Every subscription has different pricing, choose one that fits according to your limits in your eBay store.

• Do I still have to pay the monthly subscription for my items?

Yes, the monthly subscription applies to the program you bought.

Your limits on the store number of products that are monitored on your account.

The Non-API store subscription is a monthly payment to the existing program for you.

•  Is the cloud computer required to be active?

No, the cloud computing can be turned off and the computer itself can be off, the system works fully automatically.

• I have a notification that says:  "Please sign in to your eBay account here, then try again"
  What does this mean?

It means that you probably closed your browser, eBay tab, or that eBay was inactive and signed you out so the monitoring of your products & orders have stopped (Price, stock monitoring, and uploads will keep running at all times on Triplemars system).

Once you log in again the system will update the last changes

• Can I convert my account from Api to Non-API?

If you want to change your subscription type from API to Non-API, please open a new user to complete the process and choose Non- API as your subscription plan.

• Can I change the store name after I connected the store to Triplemars Non-API? 

Yes, it is possible. 

You can always edit your store name, go into your account settings and connect to a new store.

• Is it possible to use the automatic orders with Triplemars Non-API?

Yes, it is possible, our main goal is ensuring that you have an excellent customer experience and therefore we enabled automatic orders with Non-API.

When you receive an order, it will automatically continue the sale process.

• Do I get to have my tracking number updated when it's available from the supplier?

Yes, it is possible once the tracking number is available we will update the tracking number to your eBay order.

It is also possible to convert all your tracking number to AquaLine tracking and upgrade your subscription

• Will my listings appear in Triplemars after I list them?

  Yes, you can see your products in our Listing's menu at Triplemars.com

• How long does it take to update the changes on Triplemars and my eBay account?

Triplemars sends the change to eBay's file exchange instantly you will see a change in your eBay account automatically.

If there a delay with eBay's File Exchange server it could be because of heavy load.
