When you request a return label, you need to distinguish whether you are using a TripleMars monitor, or you are only using the external BIFM service.

Triplemars monitor customers:

You can request a label through the system by pressing the ‘Request Return’ button.

A prepaid UPS label will be sent to your registered email within minutes in a PDF format

The order will be moved into ‘Returning’ Status.

If you have not received the label within an hour, please contact the team through chat.

BIFM external website:

You can request a label by pressing the ‘Return’ button.

Order will be moved în ‘My Returns’ tab from the main menu.

The team will process the return for you and send a prepaid UPS label to your registered email within 24h.

If you have not received the label within 24h, please contact the team through chat.​

Please don’t accept/refund the buyer on eBay until the refund is confirmed on Triplemars.
