Refunds for Orders and Balance Refunds

  • Refund Balance - General Requests

All refund requests take up to 24 hours to process by our billing department.

Please note our business hours do not include weekends and holidays.

  • Refunds- for orders that have been returned to Supplier

Refunds for returned orders are done only after the package has been confirmed

as returned by the supplier. The refund process usually takes 3-5 business days for

all suppliers. The day of the arrival does not count towards the time frame provided.

Once the return is confirmed from the supplier's end, our billing department will

process the refund.
