Listings Issues

Order received on eBay but doesn't appear in my Triplemars orders page:

There are some basic options in which orders might not appear due to listing issues, make sure to check it properly to identify the root of the issue. 

  1. Order never entered the system because the item is not monitored. Please import the item for future orders to be monitored in Triplemars.
  2. Order was monitored in the past, but you deleted your store and the data was lost. Please contact support to get the details for the order.

Monitoring Items

Imported or listed items can have one of the 2 statuses:

  1. Monitored where the item is scanned and updated regularly by Triplemars monitor.
  2. Not Monitored where the item is not scanned and if the stock or price changes on the supplier's side, Triplemars monitor will not update the item accordingly.

Note: Orders will still be received for the Not Monitored items. They will, however, come in with the old specifications, as in pricing and quantity. 

Errors

There may be some errors while trying to upload a listing to the system, the errors are not due to our system, but most of the time because of the account settings. 

The basic troubleshooting is the following: 

  1. Check the listing Error and try to screenshot the error message so that you can contact our support team.
  2. Check Business Policies and if they show up and are correct. If it is empty then please contact support to help you connect your store properly.
  3. Try to list the item manually on eBay, so you are notified of any errors there as well. 
  4. Refresh the account’s connection with our platform and try again to make modifications/list items.

Common Errors: 

There are 3 most common issues on eBay that can prevent you from listing new items on your store:

  1. You've reached your Listing Limit Reached - each store is limited in how many items can be listed. These limits can be increased over time based on your selling history or by requesting a limit increase with an eBay agent.
  2. There is a problem with your payment method - eBay requires an automatic payment method linked so they can charge for monthly invoices.
  3. Your store has been temporarily or permanently restricted.
