Updating your profile on time is very important as we generate invoices monthly with the info provided.

You can delete your account after canceling the subscription or when your trial ends by sending an email to support@triplemars.com.
Tip: Before closing your account, make sure your orders and returns are completed as a record will be removed.
If your account was closed or has expired, you can return to the monitor by connecting your eBay store and records will be automatically restored.
If you encounter any issues in restoring your account, please contact us on chat. If your content hasn't been permanently deleted, we may be able to restore it, depending on how long it's been.
Triplemars supports multiple destination accounts connected to one so there's no need to create multiple Triplemars accounts.
However, you've previously created more accounts under different emails, you can request a merge by sending a message to the tech team through chat with the following info:
The balance cannot be transferred between Triplemars accounts. The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method instead.
Triplemars does not currently support limited access for VAs.
