You can cancel your Triplemars subscription at any time.

Note: Purchased plans are nonrefundable, so we recommend registering your request at the end of your billing day, before renewal.

CANCELLING A PAID SUBSCRIPTION

1. Sign in to your Triplemars account.
2. Click Settings
3. Click Profile, Subscription.
   
   
4. Under MY SUBSCRIPTION section, press Cancel my Subscription.
5. Confirm your request by clicking Continue and filling out the short questionnaire.

If you’re not sure if your request was registered or you have other questions regarding the process, feel free to contact the support team through live chat.

DELETING OR TERMINATING YOUR ACCOUNT

If you have a free account, you can terminate your account by following the same process but clicking Close account instead.
